Yes!
After weeks of slavery, and an all-nighter that was nearly two, I finally have one PC back up and running!
However, it seems that my beloved, loyal, servant of five years – the Asus N10j-a2 – has suffered damage beyond the point of practical repair. A repair is certainly possible, but I’m still incredibly busy, and in need of a functional laptop for in-class note-taking. Maybe at some time in the future I will return to the project and resurrect it. Until then, RIP N10.

Edit: (wee hours of Feb 3:) Sorry if I haven’t gotten back to anybody who’s emailed me – I haven’t forgotten you! I’m still working on it!
